Do you have private parking? How much does it cost?
Our hotel has limited parking spaces, so this service is subject to availability. Furthermore, it is not always included. The cost is EUR 18 per day.

What should I do if I cannot book a parking space?
In most cases, if you are unable to reserve a parking space in advance, you can add one upon arrival at the hotel. If the service is no longer available, we will be happy to provide you with all the necessary information on the most convenient and economical car parks nearby.
Is it possible to park near the hotel?
During the summer (approximately from mid-May to mid-September), there is a restricted traffic zone from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with the consequent forced removal of cars parked in front of the hotel. For this reason, we advise our guests to leave their cars in one of the car parks near the hotel. During the low season, however, it is possible to park for free in front of the hotel.
Is beach service always included?
Beach service, with a parasol and two sun loungers, is not always included. It is guaranteed from mid-May to mid-September and is subject to availability. The cost is EUR 22 per day.

What should I do if I cannot book the beach service?
In most cases, if it is not possible to reserve the beach service in advance, you can add it upon arrival at the hotel. If the service is no longer available, we will be happy to give you all the information you need to book a spot near the hotel and our private beach.
When is check-in? What time do I have to leave my room on the day of departure?
The hotel rooms and services are guaranteed from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. For check-ins after 9:00 p.m. and check-outs before 7:30 a.m., please notify our reception staff so that we can organise your arrival and departure.
For any special requirements, please contact our staff in advance and they will be happy to help you.
If I arrive before check-in time, can I access the private beach and car park?
Services, when included, are guaranteed from 2:00 pm. If you plan to arrive earlier, please let us know and we will do our best to provide you with your beach pass before check-in time and show you how to get to the car park. This will be possible depending on the availability of services.
Is there a swimming pool?
The swimming pool is free of charge for all our guests and is open from May to September (depending on weather). Sun loungers by the pool are free for our guests. This is a non-smoking area.
What is your pet policy?
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, upon request and subject to approval. Please refer to our pet policy for full details. There is a daily supplement of EUR 15.
Do you rent bikes?

Do you provide baby beds? How much do you charge?
Upon request, we can arrange a baby bed in your room for your child (0-1 year old). The extra charge is EUR 15 per night.
Can I smoke?
We are committed to increasing our 100% smoke-free areas, which is why all our rooms, common areas and the pool area are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the room balcony/terrace and in the our bar terrace. Please use the ashtrays for cigarette butts and do not throw them into the gap between terraces and/or on the street.
Do you have a restaurant?
Our restaurant, Il Ficus, is open for dinner. Service is guaranteed from May to September, while from October to April it may not be available.
When our restaurant is closed, we will be happy to recommend the best places to eat in the area.
What are the breakfast and dinner times?
The buffet breakfast is generally served from 7:00 to 10:00 in the morning. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 20:30 (last entry time). Please note that these times may vary depending on the season and the number of guests expected. The exact times will be provided at check-in.
Is Internet access available?
Throughout the common areas and in all rooms, you can connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network free of charge for the duration of your stay. Ask at reception for the password to log in and you can surf the Internet without time limits and free of charge.
What do I need to bring with me at check-in?
At check-in, all guests (including minors) must have an ID with a photo (identity card, passport, driving licence). Photos/photocopies/digital formats of documents are not accepted. All guests travelling with a booking made through a tour operator or a travel agency must present a voucher.
How can I book a room?
Reservations managed directly by Eden Hotel can be made on this website clicking on ‘Check availability’: you will be redirected to our Booking Engine, where availability and rates are always up to date. Are minors accepted?
Minors can only stay if accompanied by a parent. If the person with them is an adult other than the parents, they must have an authorisation signed by both parent. The form can be requested at the booking office.
Is it safe to pay by credit card?
The credit card payment process is secure and reliable. Once you click on the ‘confirm’ button, you will be redirected to the Nexi platform, which will guide you step by step through the process of entering your payment card details, indicating the authorisations to be granted to allow us to charge the requested amount. A strong authentication method is used for secure payment.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You receive an email ‘Booking Confirmation’ with a unique code 11231******* right after you finish your reservation process and the payment is authorized.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Each booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the chosen rate plan. Please check your booking confirmation for any penalties under ‘payment and booking conditions’.
What happens in case I do not show, or my arrival is delayed as well as my departure is moved up?
